STOCK ITEMS
All Stock product orders (Monday - Friday) are picked, packed and shipped within 48 hours from our warehouse in Indiana.
During busy periods such as Black Friday weekend and Christmas, deliveries may take a little longer so please order early to avoid disappointment.
MADE TO ORDER
All Made To Order products are handmade in the UK and take 2-3 working days to create. They are shipped to a USA address via a tracked service and delivery can be expected within 5-7 working days after dispatch.
During busy periods such as Black Friday weekend and Christmas deliveries may take a little longer so please order early to avoid disappointment.
ORDERING A STOCK AND MADE TO ORDER PRODUCT
If you order a Made To Order gift at the same time as a Stock Item gift, these will be shipped to you in separate parcels to the timescales outlined above.
ORDER HASN’T ARRIVED
All our products are sent shipped as parcels and they rarely go missing, however if your order has not arrived after 7 working days of the expected delivery, please check to see if you have been left a card. Should your order fail to turn up, or there is a problem with it, please do contact us and we will be delighted to help you.

- Stock - Monday 14th December.
