Rachel McCoubrie

Rachel McCoubrie lives in Bristol with her husband and two daughters. She qualified as a doctor in 1995 and has worked in University Hospitals Bristol and Weston NHS Foundation Trust since 2006, initially as a Palliative Care Consultant and now as Deputy Director for Medical Education for Support and Wellbeing for doctors.

Rachel is also a Neuro-Linguistic Programming Practitioner and Coach. As a hobby, she has written poetry and short stories for children for years and is delighted to release The Great Alien Cake Off as her debut book.
